Driving adventures: Ice driving

A driving experience on ice, which allows you to develop as a driver and provides an insight into the security systems in modern cars. We use Mini Cooper Countryman All4 cars equipped with spikes tyres.

Under the supervision of experienced instructors you drive the car on the ice track. We start with the control exercises as setting ABS functions and stabilization systems to the test. Then the instructors lead you in the loop where you can test the car systems and your own ability. You sit two drivers per car, max. 10 drivers per departure. Max. 4 persons per car.

Departure: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 8 am to 12 pm
Note: Departure requires a minimum of two full paying guests (drivers).
The tour starts January 7 to March 31 . However the departures are weather dependent. ICEHOTEL Adventure will inform as soon as we know when the runways can open/close for the season.
Info: The tour starts and ends at ICEHOTEL, includes about 15 minutes transfer by car to the starting point for the tour, about a 30 minutes guidance of all the exercises, coffee and approx. 2 hours driving on the ice track according to instructions.

Requirements: A valid drivers licence and ability drive with manual gearbox.

Important: Remember to be at the Meeting point at least 10 min. before the activity starts.
